Once you get a quote on the screen and select your fare, your details screen will pop up, in the box where it says Special instructions we ask you to add your flight number so we can track the flight for you, you can also add details about children and infants that will be travelling and their respective ages and also the time you would like our driver to enter the airport after the flight lands. Once you book online you will receive an instant text message confirming your booking and an email with your journey details.
Don’t panic, this could have happened for various reasons most commonly a misspelt email address.

All our drivers will have a name board outside the domestic or international arrivals hall for all our airport pickup, if you are being picked up at a cruise port then drivers will have a name board outside the main arrivals waiting area, if you are being picked up from a home address then the driver will be outside the house, flat or business name or number as per your request, if you are being picked up from a main train station our driver will be at the pick up points, if for any reason you would like to be picked up at any specific points please add a special request at the time of your booking.
If you are arriving at a major London Airport, our drivers meeting points are as follows :
- Heathrow Terminal 2 – Outside WHSMITHS
- Heathrow Terminal 3 – Outside CAFE NERO
- Heathrow Terminal 4 – Outside COSTA COFFEE
- Heathrrow Terminal 5 – Under the banner NORTH MEETING POINT
- Gatwick Airport South – Outside COSTA COFFEE
- Gatwick Airport North – Outside COSTA COFFEE
All other airport meeting points will be sent in an email once the booking is confirmed.
We track and monitor all flights, so rest assured a driver will be waiting for you on your arrival.
We advise that you Book your Airport Transfer at least 24 hours before your journey, that gives us time to organize a car at our busy periods for you, and also gives you enough time to prepare yourself.
As we are strictly a prebook taxi (minicab) airport transfer service our booking system will not allow you to book an on demand fare, our minimum turn around is 24 hours. If you try to book a taxi before 24 hours from the date and time of booking the system will generate an error message and will not allow you to get a quote. Although we understand that sometimes its not possible due to unforeseen circumstances but we strongly believe that planning your taxi transfer ahead gives us the ability to provide customers with a better experience, a better price for the fare and a much more safe and comfortable journey.
Yes, indeed. All our drivers park their cars in the airport car park and meet and greet our passengers at the domestic or international arrivals hall at no extra cost.
Our drivers will allow you 30 minutes free waiting time; we monitor all flights to make sure the driver only enters at the requested time, so we do advise that you take into account getting through passport control, as this can sometimes take longer than expected; So lets say your flight landed at 06:00am, and you requested the car for 60 minutes after landing, the driver would enter the car park at 07:00am, and you would then have until 07:30am for free, anytime after the 30 minutes we will charge you £2.00 every 10 minutes.
We try to be as understanding as possible with our passengers and our drivers, so we feel that this measure is very important to maintain a fair approach.
No, We guarantee all our passengers with 30 minutes free car park at all major airports, if for the unfortunate reason our passengers take longer, the driver will just collect the difference. This helps us to maintain a fair and professional level of service.
You may cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours (2 days) from your travel date pick up by calling our customer service team on 01753 357975, we will not accept email, text or any other form of notification as these can sometimes not reach our team in time, so we kindly ask that if for any reason you need to cancel, that you give us enough notice, if however for any reason the passenger does not provide us with this notification, the booking will not be refunded.
We pick you up from your hotel address and drop you back at your hotel address, please contact us for our tailored tours.
